Really nice hotel. Better than expected. Really close to the beach and in walking distance to the "important" places in South Beach. Exeptional clean. Well managed.

I could not settle in the usual condinium, and chose this hotel because it is on my favorite street. I was pleased with the care of the staff and constant attention. Hulio and Huanita staff were just like taking care of their child. I had any advice. I liked the breakfast at the hotel and the silence in my room.

I liked the staff, who were just amazing, I liked the pool on the roof. I liked the room. Its really a lovely hotel on a nice quiet road, but then near to the beach, near to the shops. There was a pharmacy, and cash machine at the top of the road and loads of restaurants all around on nearby streets .

Clean, comfortable hotel, located in the heart of the Art Deco neighborhood. Conveniently close to the beach, shops and pedestrian area. Pool area was certainly a plus. Staff is really prompt and helpful

Cute Boutique hotel in great location. Quick walk to beach and boardwalk with umbrellas and towels for guests. It was clean and comfortable and had a beautiful roof top pool and nice restaurant. About a 15 minute walk to lots of great restaurants and shops on Espeniola Street. Front desk person (i’m so sorry i forgot her name) was exceptional. So friendly and knowledgeable and gave great recommendations.
