The absolute best thing about this hotel is the front desk assistant (and so much more), Julietta! She was so friendly and genuinely happy. She was more than willing to help with directions, recommendations for restaurants, getting us ice (multiple times a day ;) and overall just a tremendous asset for the hotel! Whatever she is getting paid - she should be getting double that! The location was good, but we could not see the fireworks from the rooftop, which was our choice to watch from up there.

I could not settle in the usual condinium, and chose this hotel because it is on my favorite street. I was pleased with the care of the staff and constant attention. Hulio and Huanita staff were just like taking care of their child. I had any advice. I liked the breakfast at the hotel and the silence in my room.

I liked the staff, who were just amazing, I liked the pool on the roof. I liked the room. Its really a lovely hotel on a nice quiet road, but then near to the beach, near to the shops. There was a pharmacy, and cash machine at the top of the road and loads of restaurants all around on nearby streets .

Really nice hotel. Better than expected. Really close to the beach and in walking distance to the "important" places in South Beach. Exeptional clean. Well managed.
